Terms of Use
These Terms are designed for MotoWorth as an independent valuation and information service. They do not grant MotoWorth any rights to third-party content or override third-party platform terms.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using MotoWorth, you agree to these Terms of Use and the linked policies. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What MotoWorth provides
MotoWorth provides motorcycle valuation, market-information, listing-analysis, inspection and negotiation-support tools. Outputs are informational decision-support estimates, not guarantees of a sale price, purchase price, market price, mechanical condition, title status or transaction outcome.
3. User responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for independently verifying a motorcycle before purchasing or selling it. You should verify identity, VIN/chassis/engine details, registration, ownership, finance/lien status, insurance, service records, accident history, legal compliance and physical/mechanical condition.
4. Third-party listings and platforms
MotoWorth is not an owner, operator, agent, marketplace, broker or representative of OLX or any other third-party listing platform. MotoWorth is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or officially connected with OLX India. Third-party names, trademarks, logos and listing content belong to their respective owners.
If you submit a third-party listing URL, you represent that you have a lawful basis to submit that URL for analysis and will not use MotoWorth to bypass authentication, paywalls, technical restrictions, access controls or other protections. You must comply with the third party’s applicable terms.
5. Listing data and accuracy
Third-party listing information can be incomplete, stale, changed, unavailable or inaccurate. MotoWorth may label information as unknown, unverified, user-provided or source-derived. We do not guarantee that imported information is complete or current.
6. No transaction or professional advice
MotoWorth does not arrange or complete motorcycle sales, financing, insurance, registration, inspection, legal transfer or mechanical repairs through the calculator. Nothing on the website is legal, financial, tax, insurance or professional mechanical advice.
7. Intellectual property
MotoWorth software, branding, original text, valuation methodology, catalogue structure and original graphics are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the service for its intended personal or internal decision-support purpose, but may not copy, mirror, resell, systematically extract or commercially exploit MotoWorth materials without permission.
8. Prohibited use
You must not use MotoWorth to infringe rights, submit unlawful or confidential material, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, abuse APIs, automate the service in a way that creates unreasonable load, or facilitate fraud or other unlawful activity.
9. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MotoWorth is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, completeness of third-party data or that a valuation will match a transaction price.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MotoWorth and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of or reliance on the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims arising from your unlawful use of MotoWorth, your violation of these Terms, or your submission of material that you did not have the right to submit.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in India, subject to mandatory rights and remedies available to you under applicable law.
