Privacy Policy

Effective date: 24 September 2026 · Version M7.4

This policy explains how MotoWorth handles information submitted through the website and how analytics and third-party service providers may be used. It is intended to describe our actual service practices; it is not a substitute for legal advice.

1. Who we are

MotoWorth is an independent motorcycle valuation and buyer-information service available at motoworth.com. For privacy questions, requests or complaints, contact contact@motoworth.com.

2. Information we may collect

3. How we use information

4. Consent and optional sharing

Where we ask for consent, we will identify the purpose and the information involved. Optional marketing, partner-sharing, WhatsApp/mobile contact and similar permissions are separate from the core calculator service where practicable. You may withdraw consent by contacting us, subject to legal or operational limitations.

5. Third-party services

We may use service providers for hosting, analytics, database storage, PDF generation, security and listing-data processing. These providers process information only for the relevant service or as otherwise permitted by law. We do not sell raw email or phone lists.

When you submit a third-party listing URL, the URL and related listing data may be processed by a third-party data-processing provider so that MotoWorth can retrieve and structure the information you requested. Do not submit private, access-controlled or confidential URLs.

6. Cookies and analytics

MotoWorth uses cookies or similar technologies where necessary for site operation and analytics. Google Analytics may collect information about how you use the site. See our Cookie Policy for more information.

7. Data retention and deletion

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, security, dispute resolution, legal compliance and legitimate business records. Some records may remain in encrypted backups for a limited period. You may request deletion or correction of personal information by emailing contact@motoworth.com. We will assess and action requests subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we process. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Please do not submit passwords, government IDs, payment-card details or other highly sensitive information through the calculator or listing importer.

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable law and its commencement/enforcement timeline, you may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, consent withdrawal and grievance redressal. Requests can be sent to contact@motoworth.com. We may need to verify a request before acting on it.

10. Children

MotoWorth is intended for adults and ordinary vehicle purchasers. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children.

11. Changes

We may update this policy when our services, vendors, data practices or applicable law change. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
