MotoWorth respects third-party intellectual-property rights. Submitting a third-party URL does not transfer ownership of the underlying listing or media to MotoWorth.

1. MotoWorth content

MotoWorth’s software, original copy, branding, methodology descriptions, catalogue organisation and original visual assets are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for rights expressly granted by law, no licence is granted to reproduce or commercially exploit them.

2. Third-party content

Third-party listing information, trademarks, photographs, logos and other materials remain the property of their respective owners. MotoWorth does not claim ownership of third-party content.

3. OLX and other trademarks

“OLX” and related marks are trademarks of their respective owner(s). MotoWorth is independent and does not represent that it is affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by OLX.

4. Rights complaints

If you believe content displayed or processed by MotoWorth infringes your rights, send a description of the work, the relevant URL or material, evidence of your rights, and your contact details to contact@motoworth.com. We may request additional information and will review bona fide complaints.

5. Removal

Where appropriate and legally justified, MotoWorth may restrict processing or remove material while a rights issue is reviewed.
