Acceptable Use Policy

This policy is particularly important for third-party listing analysis. A MotoWorth feature does not grant permission to access or reuse content owned by another platform.

1. Allowed use

Use MotoWorth for lawful motorcycle research, valuation, buying/selling preparation and related decision support.

2. Prohibited conduct

• Do not submit data you have no right to use.
• Do not attempt to bypass authentication, access controls, paywalls, rate limits, robots restrictions or other technical safeguards of MotoWorth or third-party sites.
• Do not use bots or automation to overload MotoWorth.
• Do not use MotoWorth to collect personal data about sellers or other people for unlawful or unsolicited commercial purposes.
• Do not use the service for fraud, harassment, impersonation or unlawful transactions.

3. Third-party listing URLs

Only submit public listing URLs that you are permitted to submit for analysis. MotoWorth is not a licence to copy, scrape, republish or commercially exploit a third-party platform’s content.

4. Enforcement

We may limit, suspend or refuse access where we reasonably believe use violates these rules, threatens the service or creates legal or security risk.
